Hello
Hello! New here. Been looking for a while for some religious / spiritual direction and came across this forum and it seemed great. Been reading the threads for a while now and even though I’ve had none of the experiences people describe it’s helped me relax in general. So… nice to meet you :)

Thought I’d add some more info: I’m 45 and in the last year I got divorced, went from art to catering, lost both my cats, met someone new, got a new cat, having health issues and there’s a load more things I’m trying to adapt to. Basically need some peace of mind and meaning in all this mess :)

Welcome TravellerSeaker, you will find so much great info and guidance here. It would take years to get through it all!
