What have I accidently clicked or changed that has caused my "accounts & settings" click-link to change to "User CP" ? Thanks

Nothing NightSpirit. Things on the board change occasionally as we fiddle with them.

LOL..I guess my question sounded funny, but I just happened to be fiddling with my accounts at the time it changed and I thought I had caused it.
NEXT QUESTION.....
Ok then...why cant I click on and open 'new posts'? A window drops down with a list of ...new posts, previous visit, previous day, previous week. When I click on 'new posts' it won't work. I can only open "previous day" which is useless to me.

The words "New Posts" are like a title, it's not clickable. You should click on "Previous Visit". This will bring up the most recent posts since the last time you checked. HTH.
