Here in the SW near the coast a strong wind was forecast and that came in around 15.30. It was said to bring a temp drop of some 7 degrees and it did. I even put my jeans on in the end instead of shorts. KNMI said it'd be a warm night, not here. Thank goodness!
The wind was so strong I had to put a strap on the gates again. And I was happy I'd taken a little time to fix the garage door (normal door) which before had been moving back and forth in its lock too much due to the wind. I put a plinth behind it et voila, fixed!

As for music... some things aren't my scene either. Like Beach Boom every year beginning of August. Depending on the wind I can hear that, same with Concert at Sea. Both right around the corner from me on the beach.
Thank goodness no street parties here, wouldn't be for me either, hihi. Plus I'm not keen on drunken people, nor yelling etc. etc.
I'm also not a saint per say, but I never like that kind of excessive behaviour, I didn't when I was younger either. Just isn't me I guess.

Oh well, hopefully the weather is a bit better tomorrow for an LP visit. I prefer to go over and be there when the sun is out. Then it's a nice drive and stay there :)
Right now it's totally overcast here. So wait and see!

Oh, not sure if you have to cross it, but this weekend the Haringvliet bridge is entirely closed off for traffic due to maintenance.

I never take that route to LP myself, I always go for the shortcut, the sightseeing route, hihi.

There’s some really nice stuff in there. The owner, an older guy, is very friendly but he’s not always around. The shop is ‘TI’ (you know).

Aahh I see. I know the shop by name but never been there. I really need to visit Amsterdam to see all the shops. Whenever my wallet if filled up again that is.

I’ll travel through Den Bosch/Breda/Roosendaal by train. I prefer travelling through Rotterdam but that doesn’t seem to be an option tomorrow
