john...i am all for nudity on beaches etc but yes...i agree, i felt so exposed. my feelings made me "naked". there may be some more streaking going on in the future. we are all an honest bunch of souls wanting badly to learn and grow. sometimes this involves taking our emotional/ spiritual clothes off sorry.

we should have a warning on the board. "intermittent but never gratuitous emotional/ spiritual nudity involved"

Hi Rose,

Well, actually I was just concerned about Gomez. A Hampster might never recover from the shock of seeing his sweet Mama Rose like that. I'll have to buy him a blindfold just to be on the safe side.

Yes Lapis, I always love the validation I have when reading your sharings! You explain very well on previous posts about the long (at least for me) process of discovering self and the different levels of goings on with self, and thanks for helping me to own my choice to jump head long into this life, and hopefully help lighten things up a bit for some along the way. lol.

Starbuck, I still bite the hook so to speak, and I can get emotional, the more aware I become; the more it seems easier to know where the energy is originating, myself or outside myself. I used to get stuck in it all the time, it gets different, and then it gets different..., guess you could call it obsessive meditation...at times lol My goal was and is to be aware...wether of diet, rest, environment, and of the energy others may be even subconciously directing that I pick up as a SOS signal maybe, or is it just my own "junk" surfacing for observations and release...and the band plays on!
Jeace, you were excellent in your post. Great summary! YES!
I trully enjoy all ya'll and the opportunity to listen and share things like I never have.
Chadley and Dreamer....great perspectives!
Lapis, again I can't wait, thanks for always being true to yourself, you are an inspiration for authenticity!
Love and Light

Aswell as having prophetic dreams when loved ones are ill, I feel the physical pain (though probably to a lesser degree) of those around me. Today infact one of my nan's friend's at a plaster on his finger where I assumed he'd cut it, Since I woke up this morning I have been experiencing an odd stinging pain in my finger, it;s only just going now.
When my mother had carpel tunnel surgery, for about a week after, my wrist was also playing me up. It annoys me sometimes because I'm paranoid people think i'm just trying to steal their sympathy.
