I would like to suggest to you to place a clear quartz on your throat for at least 30 mins a day until you feel as though you are being heard. The Quartz not only will draw out the negativity that blocks your energy from flowing properly in your throat chakra but it will also bring in light to heal the area. You can also pray to the Arch Angel Michael who is closely associated with this Chakra and ask him to help you with your self-expression, creativity , truth and verbal communication. Ask that he cut all negative unwanted lower karmic etheric cords that have attached to your throat chakra and then call upon the Arch Angel Raphael to place his healing light on your throat restoring your chakra back to it's natural state of vitality.
