mom,what more can a parent ask for.
I am sure she is very grateful for haven been given you,adopted or not.(This is from a mother's perspective). Kids aren't perfect and neither are parents. I sure wasn't a joy to my parent's during my teens years.We grow and learn from our mistakes. Our mistakes and wrong doings help us learn empathy and grow a conscious.
Going forward,you have years and years to show her your gratitude.
