what is the advantage of herbal tea

Now many people are changing their traditional tea. Now people have adopted herbal tea instead of normal tea. Gradually the number of people drinking it is also increasing. Some are drinking herbal tea to lose weight, while some have come to the shelter of this tea to get rid of their chronic disease like asthma. Herbal tea has now replaced fast and strong or leaf-less or sugar-less tea in the lives of people who are alert to health and healthy lifestyle.
What is herbal tea…?
Herbal teas, like traditional teas, are not made from a plant with Camellia sinensis bush. It is made by drying various fresh flowers, seeds, roots and medicines.
Its regular intake has many benefits. In which the mind remains calm, health is good, the digestive system remains strong, the body remains clean from within, the energy also remains high, stress is relieved, it gets relief from cold and cold, and sleep is good. And like tea, consuming herbal tea does not cause caffeine addiction. Its most important thing is that like traditional tea, there is no need to add milk sugar to it.
Always use fresh water to make herbal tea. You can make herbal tea in glass, cast iron or stainless steel utensils. To get maximum benefit from different types of herbal leaves, it is important to take care of the amount, temperature and time frame of hot water. For example, while making chamolile tea, remove the hot water from the gas and keep it for a few seconds.
Then put tea in it and keep it covered for five minutes, this will keep the essential oil present in the tea and the color and flavor will also be good. Sieve and drink later. If you are making jasmine tea, do not keep it covered in warm water for more than two minutes. Putting it for a long time causes bitterness in it. To improve the taste of your herbal tea, you can also add honey or lemon juice according to your need.
Although anyone can drink it, but it is very favorable for them who suffer from diseases like headache, constipation, obesity, stress etc.
1. As far as possible, buy open herbal tea instead of tea bags.

2. Once you make tea, you can use it again.
3. For flavor and therapeutic benefits, keep the herbal tea covered for one to two minutes and then sieve it.
4. Herbal leaves should not be boiled in water for a long time, due to which they become oxidized.
5. Once the tea leaves are used, you can use it again.
6. Herbal tea is much less harmful than common tea. But sometimes it happens that some things do not suit many people or their physical needs are different due to many reasons. For example pregnant women, heart patients, diabetes patients etc. In such a situation, it is advisable for those people to consult an expert or a doctor before using herbal tea.

*I'll text in Navy Blue when I'm speaking as a Mod. :)

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.
