Make your own toothpaste
You can make your own toothpaste " Fluoride free " using raw organic extra virgin coconut oil, add some bicarbonate soda to it forming a paste, you can also add a few drops of spearmint essential oil, store in a tub or jar.
You can also try oil pulling which remove toxins from the body too.

I made my own for some time and then realized the coconut oil was not good for my drain. So now I buy Now Foods Coconut OIL TP, fluoride free and in a 2 oz jar I add the TP, some baking soda and some clove oil.... and it's fine for the drain.

Shake some turmeric on your brush with all that and look how white your
teeth get...lasts until you have tea,
coffee, or red wine mostly...like the evening out for me! Or maybe half a day.

I do it for friends, show them the before and after, they can't believe the difference.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

This is worth looking into or as an added ingredient.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miswak...%20years%20ago.
It is reputed to have been used over 7,000 years ago.[1] The miswak's properties have been described thus: "Apart from their antibacterial activity which may help control the formation and activity of dental plaque, they can be used effectively as a natural toothbrush for teeth cleaning. Such sticks are effective, inexpensive, common, available, and contain many medical properties".[2] It also features prominently in Islamic hygienical jurisprudence.
I don't bother using any toothpaste usually, I nearly always use just water and a hard smokers brush (both have been against recommendations of conventional dentists , telling me that the hard brush will ruin my gums, yet I have been using one for about thirty years or more* and the dentists compliment me on my gum and teeth health each time I visit, the hard brush strengthens the gums after a few brushes)
*not the same one!

For many Indians, God creates the toothpaste as well as the tooth brush - twigs of Neem (Margosa) or Babool (Acasia) tree. In various regions of India, there are more options. Chew on the twig (exercise to teeth/gums), and when the end becomes soft, clean the teeth with it. Has sufficed for us for many millenniums.

The statistics are pretty amazing how many people lose all their teeth by the time they are old. Nearly 1 in 5 of adults aged 65 or older have lost all of their teeth. Whoever designed the human body did not expect us to live so long.
A better design would be we grow new teeth every year.
