For me it's the full soundtrack of "My Love From Another Star". It was the first Korean drama that I had ever watched. Some of the music itself is not wholly superb, but the music spawns the emotions that I held while watching the dramas, all of which were very good and now treasured for their importance.

Other good Korean drama soundtracks include "Master's Sun" and "Winter Sonata".

Humorously, the first LP I ever bought was Mancini's "Peter Gunn" that was the jazz soundtrack for the popular television series "Peter Gunn", and I still ocassionally listen to it on my computer (as WAV files).
