Raw food

I am currently exploring a raw food diet. I am finding it to be quite beautiful in so many ways. The food not only tastes amazing, but its nourishing and clean in my body. I do find I eat less this way the more I substitute raw foods into my diet, over cooked foods. I have added smoothies and juices to my morning routine and am looking at now incorporating more raw meals during the day. I find it challenging because it requires me to plan more around food, something that in the past I found less time consuming in the ways of my eating. I have been experimenting with making raw natural sweets and snacks, rather than eating processed or sugar laden foods. I made these recently and found them to be so delicious.
So I thought I would add here the recipes I have created and enjoy for others interested. Its a very short video. Spirulina and mint bliss balls, yummo..:)

I also try to use organic food, I might add. Sometimes I find it very costly so I try to buy those items I know are most toxic. Ideally when I get my own garden growing I hope to make it a food garden as much as I can.
