Help Mercury retrograde in October

I am a little worried about the during Mercury retrograde for a contract signing for a flat.

During 14th and 3th of November.

I know little about Astrology and that I should avoid signing at all cost.

Sagittarius is in my first house and 12th house. Sagg is also in rising.

Gemini fall in the 6th and 7th house.

Are my worries valid?

No worries are never truly valid. But I know what you mean obviously, who doesn't worry? But it never helps to succumb to it.

It is valid in that you should acknowledge what is creating that worry and address it with knowledge. Sometimes we are pulled away from something we want for some much better.

When is your signing? Can you give some insight into that situation?

I am sorry, I am confused & not 100% sure what Sagittarius, gemini, the 1st, 12th, 6th & 7th have to do with this transit.
