Best one they had here was wash your hands to happy birthday - used to be catch it bin it kill it - my neighbour used to have a friend who emptied drains then eat his butties lol - never got a cold... not recommended here, get those hands washed everybody.

For those here who don't know, when I had a NDE in 2015 I learned things - I started to see Angel Sparkles every morning, became psychic and started to connect better to my Higher Self and my spiritual support, as in what many people know as the 'gut feeling' when you just know things.
So having said that to new people here who don't quite understand - shall I just say, some new information has come to mind yesterday, to share here - how to teach people how to have a stronger immune system - in what i'm going to discuss shortly - ships in the night in relation to viruses...

I am doing both.
I am hibernating when required to protect myself and others and I am also getting on with it by adjusting to a changing world by building resilience in all areas of my life and making healthy connections towards love wherever I can.

If we think on we've all heard the words on TV talk to your body in ads or elsewhere - so let's do that several times a day - it only takes a few moments a time to talk to your cells and observe with your mind - that'll be a few gone from here who prefer the chemists or to read other posts, the rest of us - we can just consider this option for better health.
Ive seen some stone throwing on many forums, when I first tried to say, people can communicate with their defence system with their minds - as in saying something different to people... When I was first shown the words in a banner in my mind 'the power of Intention' I hadn't got a clue what it meant... So my intention here is trying to strengthen immune systems in the jabbed and unjabbed - we had this on the old virus thread here many moons ago with little support over 16,000 views until later when some lovely messages came in, thank you - you know on here who you are - thanks.
I'll say this as I was saying to a young man only recently, when he told me that a friend of his died some time ago of covid - he went running and was fit, and didn't even know he had it - lingering apparently according to docs until it got him - and God Bless all the good ones it took... So regarding this i'm going to put on my website, but I'm going to write it here first.
Thank you all for the input to this thread everyone who posted - and so to the ships... Give me a short time, it is now prepared - just got to check it, this has to be written right.

I'm pushing 70 now, and in recent years when dealing with spiritual awakening I was hitting the booze - wrong..... So I shouldn't have to remind people on a spiritual forum watch the alcohol - and no drugs, they don't mix when tuned into spirit guides, and too much booze lowers immune system strength... I'm zero alcohol now, zero meds, zero docs in recent years - so it should give some here good hope, keeping healthy, no fear and able to watch and avoid the bugs - its a battlefield....... So the ships...
