Lemon Balm leaf tea

I discovered this when looking for information on reducing wrinkles. It can be used topically and drunk as a tea. Trials show that it reduces glycation of proteins and arterial stiffness and improves skin elasticity. I found an article that discusses human trials and other experiments.

I don't care for downloading pdfs...here's another article.
I had no idea about the wrinkles or glycation....a word I read only yesterday! Ha, thanks. :)
I always have Lemon Balm in a tincture bottle around.

This interesting lady talks about supplements in some of her videos. In this one she says in some experiments they gave mice some sort of Nicotinamide related compound and it reversed their age. Never heard of Niagen until today.

I don't know about Lemon Balm and wrinkles but I can honestly say for my 84 yrs soon I hardly have wrinkles and my 95 yr old neighbor has great skin too. I blame it on the Grape Seed Extract I'm taking close to 27 yrs and she is taking it maybe close to 15...

Google Grape Seed Extract and wrinkles -- See what comes up.

Plus Grape Seed Ex has so so so many benefits for our health.

How much grape seed extract do you take?

I’m guessing it’s capsule form.

I notice they often gave lots of other things added like selenium which you wouldn’t want to get too much of.

I've been taking 200mg Grape Seed Extract for decades and bought the Olympian Labs brand....lately I've been taking the Now Foods 250mg Capsule and it's good in my world. Selenium is a very low dose, of course. My dose of 100mcg just about daily.

I don't take a multi and take what I believe I need in single dose forms.

I've been taking Grape Seed Ex so long that I'm kind of leaning to take a capsule every other day. I've not had a cold or flu etc in well over 30 yrs....I take Vit C also.

One reminder about Grape Seed Extract if one is taking a Pharma blood thinner then can't take both.....They both thin the blood and Grape Seed Ex
cleans our blood.

More things I use:

Balsamic vinegar reduces the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. I used to put that on salads, but now put it on subs and in bean dip.

Bergamot juice was found to reduce cholesterol (29.27%), triglycerides (46.12%), and LDL (51.72%) and an increase in HDL (27.61%) levels versus hypercholesterolemic controls.

I take citrus bergamot capsules usually every day.

Its recommended that you take vitamin K when taking vitamin D to reduce calcium deposits in the cardiovascular system.

I've been using high blood pressure tea from Smile Herb Shop in College Park, Md. which contains Hawthorn berries and leaves, Linden, Yarrow and Cramp Bark. I also mix in some Hibiscus flowers.
