Elephants

Elephants are my favorite animals. They express much more love, empathy, respect for ancestors, care for their own kind, than "humans" do. Elephants are very spiritual creatures, more human than the "humans". Elephants are vegetarians, they do not hurt or kill other animals to feed themselves.

In my view, elephants are ones of the most perfect creatures. Creatures created by God (in my view of understanding the God). I cannot say that for many of the other creatures living on the Earth, including for most of the people.

Here I also want to mention one of my bestest friends, Karl, who I lost 3 months ago, and he is the reason how I found this forum. Our connection with the elephants can be understood only by him and me. My friend, I am sure you are on a better place now, surrounded with many elephants and your female dog you wanted to have. I know you can see and read this. I miss you a lot! Please forgive me I couldn't help you!

I love elephants so much...I can't really look at them, knowing what I know.
My heart breaks. Enough said...they are very special, yes.

My heart also breaks knowing what happens to so many elephants. I think we all know who the real beasts are in this world.

I think every living thing has the capacity for intelligence and spirituality. Even insects, which I didn't think so until a few years ago from an experience I had when I rescued a honeybee out of the dog's kiddy pool one morning. Elephants are indeed intelligent and soulful creatures.

I have had a lot of experiences with Elephants. I claim they are one of my Totem animals.

I have had wonderful experiences with Yellow Jacket Wasps. I can't remember how many times they have landed on my hand and I have turned the hand over several times, and the Wasp is 'still there'.

Years ago, I went to the zoo. When we got to the elephants, one came very close to me.
She was beautiful, but when we looked at each other, I saw so much sadness in her eyes.
I kept thinking of her for the rest of the visit.
I've never visited a zoo since.

And I will never go again (since the early '80s) feeling the penguins...
I don't even wanna think about it ...tho I am secure in their improvement over years...

As for me, all the experience I have had with Elephants have all ended up as pleasant memories.

Elephants are one of my favourite animals, we have a zoo about 20 miles from here the animals there are all lovingly cared for.
