My guess is that you can probably find these on YouTube and listen to them late at night as you are dropping off to sleep.

Yes you can! And with headphones wow.  I listen to this 40Hz gamma waves for 20 minutes while online
in the mornings..helps my memory. ..after listening to Dr. Lee Bartel on a Ted Talks.

Ya I have a tone generator program.. I can punch in 40hz and listen.... (Thats a pretty low tone)

528 is my absolute favorite. I don't profess it really does anything but it abstractly makes me see/feel the vibration of blue and also corners turning into round shapes cause Im weird. Anyone else? Lol.  |
