Astral Projection - Head Boom

So here I am back on the Astral Projection page again... Ive done several APs and had several Trance Teleportation experiences, one recently, back in time 30 yrs - so I was taught all I needed to know at the time over the last few years...

Over the last year vibrations have been zero apart from feeling sometimes that energy was buzzing through my body in meditation and early hours...

So ive been getting this sonic boom in my head just before going to sleep, 'boom' - must try lifting out next time... I consider myself a self healing / power of the mind specialist - so no going to the docs to get medication, or to be told its exploding head syndrome as science calls it... I'm going to do some research starting today, and I thought i'd message here to see what you all have to say and know...

Ive had these booms now, maybe 6 times in the last 4 months, and I will turn over and try to sleep... Also ive been getting tickly calves in bed 'spiritual I know' but what? well last night I ignored the boom one too many times and I was told off with a ridiculous bad dream - as I didn't 'listen' or take the time to 'learn' - so thats what i'm doing, as of now a priority...

I must admit i'm looking forward to whatever is about to transpire, and the other evening when a song came on the radio with reference to dancing with Angels, I looked up under the eaves in my small conservatory where a reflection of light comes on from my Angels 'my support' and I said I wonder if that will happen one day, and the light came on...

I'll take that as a good sign with timing and new effort, a nice round level 1500 posts... I look forward to hearing what all you beautiful gifted people have to say, if anything - im off to research - have a good day...

I heard this head boom all my life when I was very quiet but now it's more powerful than ever maybe because of meditating. I also see a flash of white light and at the same time I head this loud noise.

On your AP travels thatman - and I know you've had a few..... 100's - have you ever experienced hot and cold, as in touching another being and feeling the warmth or cold of them - or when traveling in spirit body, have 'you' felt the warmth or cold in your 'spirit' - as in thinking I wish i'd bought that extra jumper - should have put my thermal socks on... so your spirit ever 'feel' warm or cold? ive never noticed, too busy focusing on other stuff going on - I did walk past a lady once and I put my hand on her shoulder as she smiled, I felt warmth of her body then...

I have learned these are from the internal energy currents of the subtle body. The explosions in the head are quite common actually so no worries. For more info read up on the vayus. These are important if you want to study and practice certain things.

I enjoy, welcome and allow any intense vibrational state.

The moment I started to enjoy this "scary and weird vibrations" prior to be ready to have an Out of body experience....

They faded away!

Now I don't have any vibrations or any signal whatsoever (and I missed them a lot because they were fun and new) - Now, If my state of mind is relaxed & ready, at the right time, at the right day.... Then with 1/4 motion based techniques or the target techniques I get success and find myself in the spirit.

Take it with a sense of humour, and be nice to yourself.

This is a marathon to enjoy, not a rush!

Yes thanks SpiritualFreedom - it is not a race and all quiet here at the moment, other jobs to do first... I am same as you I miss the vibrations, as in yes nearly there... i'll be advised/told by my Guides 'my support' when the time is right to go again - more adventures, then to 'learn' and help others along the way on my journey - have a good day...

Here we go again 'boom' just as I was nodding off last night... Its amazing isn't it I spent a 'full week' on viruses threads 'again' on forums around the UK - teaching people to be strong in mind, for a stronger immune system - link is on the Blu Ray thread on the Angels page anyone interested in reading... I am annoyed at myself for not remembering to try to lift out when the boom comes, and I turn over and go to sleep - and I will remember next time...

Never send us an email do they Angels'Guides'Higher Self 'my Angel's as I call them - when you get the boom just do this!!!! - and i'm looking up now at my Angels who will be having a smile with me - we play life's game down here on earth and learn, and then help others...

So I had tickly/hot calves 'again' the night before last, but at least now I know what it means, which is half the battle... I know this because one night I had asked can they change to arms and they did... so last night I made a list 'questions to ask' - but my support seen the list, ohh he asks a lot of questions... I had decided I would ask different things like is it to do with work, me, family, my church, viruses, something to learn, teleportation... I know I will get answers, its just getting the questions right and what to say and how to put it...

So a full week and no head boom while I was so busy, but last night a complete frozen leg - I'm sure its my support, my Angels trying to show/teach me something with the boom, and I will find the answer, and i'm meant to say this on here - I have been getting frozen body parts for months, and now and tickly calves, which I have the answer to - and there had been 'none' of that when I was busy the last week 'timing' eh its always good though, spirit knows when...

But last night no calves issues at all... but boooom...

I now know why the tickly calves are for - its like I was taught last year, to share with others, that reoccurring or difficult dreams can be sent by your Guides, because there's something you need to do or change on your life path/journey - or in my case with calves 'ask' 'listen or feel' - get answers...

I'll tell you all something else, people who hear ringing as in tinnitus - this can be increased when spirit 'your support' is trying to communicate, and you have to sit calmly and listen - it can also be increased slightly to the annoying level when you're 'not listening' as in a telling off...

So anyone, any ideas head boom / hot calves / frozen body parts - really interested in anyone else had/dealt with these issues, so we can all learn... I believe being as I had so many AP's and Trance Teleportations, then all put on hold - I'm to learn something to help me 'and' others, as in knowledge... and I'm looking up now and saying ok, this ok - thank you Angels...

Ive written on this forum before, regarding when I often nod off in meditation - it can happen so fast, and usually my 'spiritual support' my family up there, my Angels will wake me with a bzzz - I could even say to them occasionally don't let me nod off now Angels in meditation, ive lots to do today.... once I asked them to wake me with my name Steve, and they did, then after that back to the bzzz, and sometimes it is louder...

well ive been researching when people hear musical hallucination, now theres a word, hallucination - they'd be fast tracking some of us in for meds eh, if we told then half of what we know...

Today in meditation, I wasn't even tired, been getting up later with lockdown, wifes shops shut - and I nodded, only been gone for a moment, and was I woken up, not bzzz but boom - and I said wow Angels that was a bit loud..... better get that ceiling repaired... then I realised, and I said to them that was telling off, 'and knowledge' wasn't it...

The sonic boom I keep on about is 1 - a telling off - 'or- 2 - teaching/telling me to share info with others... I realise now its the same as sonic boom ive been on about, just different levels of volume 'they are teaching me' and they know I will share with others, the same as all the teaching when I was getting months of difficult dreams to show/teach others its because you/I are doing something wrong, or incorrectly, or not listening as in knowing in meditation - they know I will explain it in plain english on here...

So in my case today, to explain it here, job done - we'll see... also the exploding head syndrome, as science calls it, as I see it - is Guides trying to get your attention, or make a change or both...

Also IMO musical tinnitus is Guides trying to get your attention, or for you to make a change - my T can be increased when ive nodded off a 'telling off' or in some cases when information is coming in, if 'I listen' as in 'knowing' - I don't know this for sure with music playing in the mind, but I bet it is in some/many cases... and these words just flow, 'inspired' guided - I say looking good Angels, I just looked up and blew a hand kiss - that's how we work me and my spiritual support - we are a team doing God's work...

Some mad stuff goes on in this AP room I can tell you - I say that in a nice way, if I was to say have a personal zoom meeting with my doc, not seen one in years health wise, and I can imagine doc saying interesting things going on there mr/master one light - ive got a specialist friend, I’ll give him/her a call – hello ive got someone here who's totally m*d – I know wouldn’t say that, just think it lol – get him a nice injection or some tablets and he’ll be fine...

I have been so busy with one with thing and another – researching mystics ’prophets, preparing mind’body’spirit power of the mind talks online etc etc – and the other evening I dismissed an AP sheet, tossed it aside, big mistake... and that night such hot/tense/tickly calves for hours in the night – so I started to get into AP more in thought and reading up again, and it got easier last couple of nights – all knowledge...

Last night like a marathon, so much going on in the dome - we all get those nights don't we – but it was about preparing me to message here...

I was saying in thought as making a tea this morning - the other evening I asked the Holy Spirit would he be with me with AP and teach me, and the light came on under the eaves above my small conservatory - i'll be ok then I suppose that means protection against baddies no snags wouldn't that be nice no snags......... I bet there’s a challenge or two along my way test my stamina and bowels – sort that one out my land being and faithful servant...

I shouldn’t show any fear really – one night months ago now, in the middle of the night I thought we had a dark presence in the house – and in my mind I thought ‘no fear’ – and light tiles started shooting from my mind, like glowing white roof tiles in all directions, still getting my head around that it happened - so i’m hoping words got out to anything troublesome on the astral plane, don’t mess with this one, we’ll see...

So I have the green light – all systems go – its getting to VS again – ‘or’ next time I get tickly calves I’m going try lifting out – couldn’t be that simple could it?? Of course it can in this perfect easy world it will work... I’m smiling up at my support right now with that comment...

Last night amongst all things going on, I had had frozen arm in the night, and with some confusing dreams – just before the up I nipped to the bathroom and I was limping, lol my left get was part frozen – and in thought I said to my support ‘my angels’ – maybe we could AP from here, leave the physical body standing on the landing and go!!!

So that’s it, written – we see where we go from here my lovely Angels ‘my support’ x – and I’ll learn alongside the other beautiful people here...
