Despite her now left behind trials, tribulations and drug addiction, I find Amy Winehouse very beautiful. Especially with that voice of hers.

Secondly...

Billie Holiday. The same as above really, beautiful woman with a beautiful voice. It's a shame how she ruined herself with drugs :(

You know what's really surprised me here, is how you've all gone for megastars. To me beauty comes from the inside and not from the out. Yes OF COURSE we all want to look good, that's the ego part .. but if your looking for TRUE BEAUTY .. not ONE of the women have said .... ME. I AM BEAUTIFUL. That's not being vain. It's being WORTHY. It's about being confident with who and what you are :) ... just my two pennorth :) ... slinks out again .... pops back in ... and for the record .. who do I think is the most beautiful woman in the world? My daughter, my mum, and my nanna. Namaste J xxx

Oh, and if we're doing stars, then the ultimate has to be (for me anyway) Princess Diana. Beautiful on the inside and the out. A true Gem. x

You know Jules.. Of course there is beauty on the inside as well. But how can we capture such a thing on photo?
When we post beautiful pictures it's all about what the eyes like. ;)

ahh now that's the trick, you can't (unless of course you get permission from the one you wish to post about) but words alone can capture the essence of that beauty ;)

I think Kate Winslet is gorgeous for a celebrity. She has a really natural, healthy glow about her and seems to be a really healthy role model. Other than that I think Mother Mary and Magdelane are pretty special. Mother mary has such a pure, unconditional love and Magdelane is really empowering.

Beth Ditto because of her obvious self love and self acceptance. Those are two things which I feel makes someone beautiful.

I definitely appreciate beauty and would not be able to name one person as the most beautiful woman in the world.

Yes, I strongly agree with you on Amy Winehouse. Her music is amazing, her somewhat tough exterior mixed with the innocence and sensitivity of her music creates something very beautiful. Amy never fails to mesmerise me.

Emotion seems to pour out of her fiery voice. She's pretty amazing.
