It is from the original - Nut - as in crazy - with an added o for emphasis and the emoji looks like this:  It's proper spelling is probably Nutzo though :)

It is a possibility and depends on two things. Do we create the reset (for the better), or do they ( the puppet masters, & their agenda).
One idea I came across that Canberra, ACT Australia put its hat in the ring for it.

So does that mean Beijing will be the Capital of the RESET or whatever they decide to call it?
As one plan claims "Sins of the country", should put people in the backrow with the popcorn but I have a feeling, virtually nobody noticed that expression was in the new 'plan'.

It could well be. But the plan I understand is to disintegrate the USA from within (internally) and then it will no longer be 'Team America', it will be 'Team PRC'. with new economic zones.
Don't forget, PRC will be the new military puppets doing the bidding of the puppet masters.
