So How Come The Devil won't let me do anything spiritual related
So how come the Devil won't let me do anything spiritual related like Lucid Dreaming, Astral projection, connecting with my higher self, contacting my spirit guides connecting with the divine, opening my chakras, opening my kundalini, develop my psychic gifts? Why does he give me Hell? I really hate him.

The only one stopping you is you.
By the way, many of those goals in and of themselves are lifetime pursuits. Pick an easy one like lucid dreaming and you should be able to get results in a couple of months of dedicated practice. It won't be much, maybe a short LD of a minute or two every couple or few weeks but it's a start. Mastering lucid dreaming would also be a lifetime pursuit.
By the way, most in the lucid dreaming community consider astral projection to be a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream), so if you work hard on lucid dreaming you will be working towards both of those goals.
