You're funny and you seem to know things, today I laughed all day, you know, for no reason, had one of the most peaceful days I ever had. I experienced once again that emptiness last night, it was deep but not that deep as the first time it happened.

In my view, no two realisations can be absolutely identical, although there could be similarities. When you say it has changed your life ... how so, what has changed on a moment to moment basis?

In my case, the expansion didn't last the whole night, as with you, maybe a few minutes or half hour perhaps ... I didn’t time it. It was spontaneous. All I did (as I do in all such cases), is to enjoy, without resistance.

The fact that it’s a recurring experience with you, assumes significance, in as of an enableability being assimilated.

Well, you're right but you do know when one experience is similar with one experience.

Well, my friend, the realisation of "I AM" changed everything, better said, it made me awake and more conscious than ever before.

I see, interesting, maybe it's the resistence some of us, including myself, create out of fear of losing one's self, I mean I felt how everything about me was dissolving away, I am talking about the perspective of looking back at the experience.

The thing is that after day with depression, the next day was heavenly, all day long I experienced this very deep peace that I can't put into words. I felt so so STILL, like a rock at the bottom of the ocean.

Cherish this. Protect this feeling - hold it close as if gently
holding a candle close to your chest in a breeze.
(Rem if you hold it too tightly it is like sand that slips thru your fingers.
Always gently focus your mind on this deep peace that is always there.) :)

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

That Man, I thought you would like this - it is very imp.
Paramahansa Yogananda

'Fearlessness is the impregnable rock on which the house of spiritual
life must be erected. Fearlessness means faith in God:
faith in His protection, His justice, His wisdom,
His mercy, His love, His omnipresence.'

Beautiful words, thanks! Why do I keep myself away from this beautiful wisdom, I always tell myself, wait, wait for the "proper" time to read the works of the masters. For example, Rumi, such a profound being.

Thank you! Yes, it's like sand, I do know that peace that is always present, there's no greater peace. I always understood this kind of peace as the peace Jesus talked about that.

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

The kind of peace the world gives is temporary, it comes form the world, from outside, it's not from within.

Because the egoic self has things it wants to do! This is not a bad thing.
Hey, there's no rush, there is no time..you have forever to reach any Goal you set. And then you will go for it.

Life itself will show you what it is you 'really' want. ..it will show you what is temporary and what lasts. :)
Right now you have a big tolerance for pain.
When you can't tolerate suffering any more ...watch it all change!

Ha, btw, it's also the egoic self that wants to beat you up for exactly doing what it wants you to do ...
keep you separate from the Truth.
Funny, eh?

Funny, eh?

You're totally right, there's actually some sort of a conversation, my mind says, you know the Light is there, very close, you can alaways get to it at any point in time, now let's focus on this or that, don't worry, the Light is there. And I almost always leave it like that and never go on learning more about the masters's work.

I said once, suffering is one of the best tools to reach new hights, many who seek the Truth seek it because of suffering, they seek that which has no substance because that which has substance, comes and goes, they seek the permanent, the unchangeble.

Even though I started to see a long time ago the mental patterns,I have not fully liberated myself from them so sometimes, even though I had tons of experiences, I forget and am swept away by the flow of the river of life.

I just read some of Rumi's work, it's incredbile how what Rumi has wrote and what I wrote from within myself in my channeled messages can be so very similar. I actually had a good laugh, simply incredible.

Rumi's words: "What comes, will go. What is found, will be lost again. But what you are is beyond coming and going and beyond description."

My message: Seek that which has no coming in and going out.

Really incredible! This is my humble advice to all, what I wrote comes from within, from resting at the source of my being, anyone can do it, there's no ritual, no secret, no technique, no nothing, just the recognition of that which is always here, beyond the mind.
