I am Aware of the Multi-Verse!
As I have developed-sometimes in only fits and starts, as a medium over 25 years, I have become so aware of what is now being called, the multi-verse.
In short, I became aware of how easy it was for me to sense not only what happened in a location in the past, but straight remote viewing was step 2. And now I see alternate universes with those I am cherishing like a potential or past lover from this reality.
It is called "stepping into someone's energy" by the Spiritualists I studied with. The last lover I met, I could almost continually slip into his energy even after we parted ways in this life. Remote viewing is a piece of cake as well as very emotional happy moments being this person's lover. Raising children, being unable to resist being his lover, it goes on and on.
Yet it has been very confusing. And it made him feel much more familiar to me, which he wasn't psychically aware. I behaved like his love in certain ways and offered my whole life to him as a partner. I can't help but think he wasn't nearly as sensitive and able enough to get the impressions of the life we share together in the dimension I am aware exists.
This the complications have been interesting, and Bizaar. I wish I could show him the other life/universe we share. I wish I could pull up the shade as I have with my abilities so expanded.

The veil of forgetting … As a medium, you can offer him a peep into his sub-conscious, bypassing his conscious mind, if he’s willing.
There is of course a difference between recognising and applying that knowing by transmuting on a moment to moment basis in active cognition. Otherwise, it’s all a dream.

That isn't exactly how I understand it. Bashar and the books on The Nature of Reality (or maybe it was Personality?) seem to make more sense for me.

While I believe that such exercises like peeking into alternate realities, into past and future, remote viewing are useful for your personality development, I also believe that giving them power over your present, by indulging as you described, it is counter-productive to you, and don't matter for others, present / past / future / alternate / ...
You're here to learn to create in the present, make choices, not for indulging in dreaming (I believe).
