A spell to stop cutting a nearby forest

I am worried about a nearby forest council
Allowing to be cut because a car business needs more space.
I want a spell that stops the cutting altogether.

Me? I always talk right to God or you could say, ''The Powers That Be"...to please just talk to the person in charge's
Guides to change his mind. (or sell this house or change my boss' attitude...what ever it is)
And it always happens...they, (guides, angels, who knows) have him have a dream or maybe he has an NDE
from an accident one day soon
or he sees something in a movie and wakes up suddenly...however it is done...it 'happens' every time.

Finding out who owns the land and being part of an ecology protection group or writing letters and petitioning the council-people and stuff like that could be pretty effective. (No spell, soz).

Im so sorry this is going on....

Its sad when they destroy nature....

I remember one time a friend of mine lived in Yakima Washington and he lived o na pond and rhey came in one dayn and put in a fance which cut off the path.... He tore the fence down and they didnt ever put it back,interesting......
