Dandruff
Maybe this post will be a little bit silly
Does anyone know if the dandruff has a spiritual root or something?
If so how can we heal it with energy?
Peace and cookies !

Hi Lucyan28,
I don't think so if you ask me. But I also know that dandruff can be healed - one day it may just disappear.

Dandruff is basically dry skin. You could try a fish oil supplement.

Too much sugar and yeast in diet cause dandruff. It's usually just a bodily thing rather than having any spiritual meaning. I suggest eating as healthy a diet as possible and avoid processed food.

Sometimes the scalp is just naturally too dry or too oily, which makes for different kinds of dandruff and different types of treatment. If it's worsen by stress, then being spiritually in tune and balance may help. But usually it's just the type of skin and the products we use.

The vibrational energy in vinigar fixed mine. lol
If you use hair product it can dry and look like one heck of a bad case of dandruff. I have to do a scalp rinse with vinegar every few weeks. As soon as I look like I have dandruff the apple cider vinegar comes out and I massage it into the scalp before a shower.
Worth a shot. No idea if it helps real dandruff but it fixes what plagues me. :)

Thanks to all for your responses :)
I crave for sugar, cookies, cakes, ice creams, chocolates and also I crave for yeast with the beers. I will moderate that.
I'm also under a lot of stress at work lol
So I think you've found the root of that.
@TheGlow - pure vinegar? did you mix the vinegar with some water first?

I had a real dandruff problem until I severely limited sugar - which was difficult for me as I have a very sweet tooth and probably a sugar addiction.
Diet does make a massive difference though so perservere. I didn't limit sugar to get rid of dandruff per se, it was a bonus I noticed. Good luck!

It was apple cider vinegar. Just pored it into my cupped hand a tablespoon-ish at a time and massaged it in to my scalp. Leave it for 10 minutes the wash it out. It seems to just rinse everything off nicely
