Glucose Levels - Are you on Top Of This Sugar Level

My glucose has been creeping up over the last 5-6 yrs and I wanted to bring it down...It had been 99 area for years but crept up to 120 when tested a couple yrs ago. So with the "grace" of my doctor, I took Berberine for the last year and brought the 120 down to 84. And surprisingly about 20 lbs dropped off my body. . Normal lab range for glucose is 65-99.

I don't have diabetes and don't want it. Hear that there is an epidemic of this disease out there.

Berberine is a supplement and has many health benefits.
