I wouldn't be so sure. I'm thinking you don't know her.
Or her background? No harm in that.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

in that trickyness of opening up to it the mind comes to various reasons to make sense of things.

to be clear i said doubt. i don't know.

It is in fact very simple

Simple doesn't have to be easy.
Most people on this planet have a problem with forgiveness/letting go, and it is very simple. One simple process.

that may be a way but its going to take more than forgiving and letting go. there typically needs to be a catalyst. like i can have some tender and dry logs but it still takes a match to start a fire.

how that fire is started is endless and often unique to the person. with a strong enough match even wet wood can burn

One can start to be just to oneself and to others, practice dispassion/non-judgment. Then we understand what it takes to be compassionate.
If we reach a state of compassion, the higher self will reach us a flame as great as it needs to be.
This process is almost universal.

your speaking from your book. thats fine. wouldn't work for me and many others. i did much the opposite. i used passion. not just you but people all the time seem to think everyone is them. we are all different and on our own paths. if anything is universal it would be basic practices such as meditation, pranyama, and so on. the mind stuff not so much. Bliss and silence is universal. which is why some basic practices can be universal. but even then there still needs to be a catalyst. or everyone whom meditates would be in bliss.
