As all things reside in doing
How you do reside as you
Moving to fast, racing from what you feel
Moving so reckless
Never enough time to deal
In all this recklessness
Lurks a longing and a need
To slow right down
Feel the breath
Let the seeds
Of emptiness in doing
Move you focused and aware
Never reckless or rushing
Never showing no care
If you care about you
All of you in the moves
You’ll do with conscious awareness
Of your longing reckless mood
You’ll move with awareness
That life presents it all
How you face it
And deal
Lends you
To never
Be reckless
And not fall..
