Being stressed can make you tired. I know if I am stressed I get tired in the afternoon.

Could be an energy slump brought about by a poor diet e.g. sugar rushes with the subsequent dip in energy.

I get fatigued ...... when I 'shew' off more then I should.

Happiness is the result of an enlightened mind
whereas suffering is caused by a distorted mind.

I definitely feel fatigued whenever I had less than 5 hours of sleep. I didn't have enough sleep when I'm still working in my previous job. Luckily I got a work-from-home job after and now have total control of my time. :)
