Unhappy Healing help please - hair falling out...

Hi all,

Im wondering if there are any healers able to assist me and send me some healing or advise for my situation? I'm not sure what is casing it but I'm having massive amounts of hair fall each day to the point now where I am going quite bald. This is kinda distressing as a woman, particularly as it was the one thing I've always liked about myself. I guess I have been fortunate re the lockdown but eventually Im going to have to face the world again and it would be great to do that with some hair! lol!

This has happened to me before, in 2016/17 but after sometime it stopped and completely recovered. This started again about 6 weeks ago. I wonder if it is somehow diet related (keto) - but everything they say to eat to strengthen your hair growth is what I eat so it doesnt quite correlate.

I have an extremely dry scalp as well...I make my own chemical free shampoo and conditioner and treat my scalp with kawakawa balm (that I also make) which is a traditional native healing herb in NZ. It works wonders on my skin (and everyone else who buys it from me) but its not working here. There is something else at work here.

Any help is much appreciated

Actually...it just came to me...I think its artificial sweetner. I have a sweet tooth and as I'm on keto have swapped out sugar for sugar free products...I bet that's what it is because my digestive system doesn't like it either...I'll stop eating it and see what happens...

Hello

Try Biotin pills to promote hair growth.

I've also read that having an iron deficiency can result in hair loss. I'd recommend to visit a doctor if that's the case.

Maine n' Tail seems to have many reviews confirming hair growth after a few months of using both Shampoo & Conditioner. However, it could just be a placebo effect.

There are a ton of reason for hair falling out. I got it too some 7 years ago, also quite bad, and it concerned me greatly. It turned out to be stress related. I had just come out of a 10 yr **** relationship with lots of abuse.
I went to an alternative therapist as my energy levels were almost 0 (he measured that) got treatment including natural supplements and after a relatively short time it all grew back!

I got it again some 5 years ago. Again stress over a relationship, but this time it didn't go. Turned out it had to do with oncoming menopause. The Vit B6 levels tend to drop then and this often causes hairloss. I took a natural supplement with all kinds of stuff in it including B6.
It stabilised, much grew back, but not as full as before. But pretty much normal, not that I'm feeling awkward about it or for having a breeze blow through my hair. I did have that fear before, as you could look straight on my scalp through my hair. It was that thin.
I still lose a little more than I figure is normal, but barely worth mentioning.

So it might help to have your blood tested, esp hormones.
You can try biotine (B7), that can work too.
I started using shampoo and conditioner from Maria Nila "Head & Hair Heal". 100% veganistic.
This is the best stuff, and really gentle, also to the scalp. I tried loads of different ones, all without chemicals and to promote hair growth. None worked. Hemp shampoo even irritated my scalp! That was $40 down the drain, I couldn't use it...
So the Maria Nila is well worth it. The shampoo lasts you long, you need very little. The conditioner always go faster. I usually use it every other washing turn and a chemical free coconut conditioner the other times.

Oh, and don't start taking B6 on your own accord. The vit B 6 cannot be taken in too high doses and most of what you buy is too high.
Have things tested. Over here you have therapists specialised in such things for women especially as doctors usually don't know much. But still good to get your blood tested and have them look at your hormones and vits.
It could very well be menopause related for you too!

A little late to this thread, sorry!

This comes from a healer or Native Am medicine man in the Northwest of the USA ---

Make rosemary tea - 2 cups a day...however a woman I told only did one cup (hot, warm or cold made on advance).
Her report her hair loss decreased 75%.

Rem not to boil rosemary - will turn bitter.
Rather boil water, turn off, throw some in, cover to steep for 4 minutes, strain...add honey or whatever.
