I usually ask God to work with all my saints, angels, guides, and loved ones to clean and fill my chakras. I mention to do all my energy centers, my energy channels, and pretty much the entirety of my being. I feel that there's so much of you that you don't know exist, that by saying "the entirety of my being", it covers all bases.
When I do the healing myself, I usually start from the top down, so it seems like you can do it either way One-Light.

Hmm.. I never really clear my chakras in a pinch. Just the usual grounding and protecting quickie. If I'm doing Chakra clearing, it's usually 10 minutes or more where I won't be interrupted as I feel like some time should be spent for thorough cleansing.
Michael for etheric cords and protection. Raphael for healing and bringing new energy.

How do you know that an angel, any entity, or even you yourself for that matter, has cleared your chakras well, or otherwise?
