New Perspective of Unchanging Structure?

I heard this concept that there is an Infinite Unchanging Structure of Existence. It doesn't change.
But our experience of it, how we relate to it, is what changes forever. Eternally becoming evermore infinitely novel/expanding.

I am really curious, what do you think is ment by these two? What would they be?

Non duality is not my expertise...but my thought came from the word 'structure'.
You have a Skycraper...the structure never changes....tho you may have many changes or movements
inside and even repairs outside...new windows, sand blasting grafftti.

My personal exp of The Empire State Building in NYC changes...and looking up the weather,
sky is in constant change, not effecting the structure.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

From the Advaita persepctive that's Brahman AKA SatChitAnanda and usually expressed as awareness/consciousness (Chit) because that is at the heart of experience, of all we know and all we can know.

Mind relates to experience. Reacts to experience. And we are aware/conscious of that too. What's the one unifying factor that's unchanging? Isn't it awareness of experience including how we relate/react which is also just another experience?

Thanks for sharing your view on this.

That is exactly what I thought. Being in and around it.

I thought about the universe, and I cannot think of any unchanging structure of existence. Hmm...

Isn't SatChitAnanda an ever expanding bliss that never ceases to become more infinitely novel?
If you said, being. Ok, that may not change, but then.... Where is the structure in being? hmmm...

So are you saying that bliss is of mind? A non-physical mind of consciousness in this case?
