I disagree
I've been involved in silent transmissions, these aren't subtle whispers. There is no limit for what people can send each other. Messages of a quiet but imaginary nature can be symbols, emotions, and pictures without any particular noise or sound but still carry energy.
This often manifests subtle workings in the back of your mind, what gives you impressions where thoughts come from. This also happens in the subtle gestures of interaction between peoples that confer subtle energy.

I think we underestimate what is transmissible in relation to each of us. If it’s happening on the surface aware, it’s happening on a multi level of being you even without full awareness....
