Thats a fair point. I think while the struggle is important, its still painful never the less. But I guess very few people are able to go through life with next to no struggle. |

Indeed I found myself helpless and dissappointed and without the desire to keep going after all that happened, but now I think that I am and this is the most precious thing. I can be, but I don't know where am I going.

Take your power back. Working on yourself through shadow work is one the most beneficial projects on self you can achieve. Sit down and write. You mention feeling hopeless and disappointed, trauma, you ask who am I. That there is a good start toward shadow work. Balance is helpful during this process. Bring back more enjoyment in your life by focusing on activities that you enjoy. Hobbies and interests.
