Blockages can be painful. It is important to open all energy routes in the body. The basic route runs from the base to the top of the head, is bridged by the tongue and runs down the front of the torso to the base of the torso.
The basic rule I would say is, the mind moves, energy follows.
Energy can be stored in the Dantian.

Hi @Rah nam, from what I understand from the kundalini groups, is to open all energy routes In the body, one has to work through ones karma. Obviously a very long and difficult process. From my own limited understanding this all occurs naturally through self inquiry. Which is exactly what I've been practicing for quite some time now. As I say, the biggest problem I believe I have at the moment is doing my job. Anyways, good information I received here in the forum. Thank you all for your replies 🙏
