I don't think that eye color,hair color or skin color have anything to do with the age of a soul. I believe that all souls are the same 'age' as in being created at the same time. It is the amount of lives that they have experienced and grown from.

I think you'd have to look at the whole natal chart, aspects, esp saturn placement, personally i think pisces would be old souls or otherwordly i guess

scropio is ruled by pluto in modern astrology usually associated with tranformation, healing, depth but also dark arts, occult, obbsession, murder etc, crimes taboo things etc

there are some really unevolved scorpios but others that are gifted, so it really depends

To my mind there is no substance in this suggestion at all ... it reminded me of the exercise conducted with 3rd grade children by their teacher Jane Elliot in 1968 ... the actual footage of the exercise which was also conducted with adults is an eye opener to say the least ...

I perceive David Bowie as what is termed as an 'Old Soul'. I practically grew up with his music and still have my original copy of Aladdin Sane somewhere. That makes me feel old. Interesting lyrics in ' Oh You Pretty Things' -
