I'll pass on what a doctor told me in 1991, good for everyone here...
Think of your vessels, the vessel walls like an inner tube of a bike tire.
The walls should have the structural integrity to KEEP the air in, right? LOL.
When there is a balloon-like bulge - that is a weak area. Surprise! 
SO.....what helps to strengthen the integrity of a blood or lymph vessel wall?
Vitamin E! B-Complex and K.
(Gee, I was told to take Vit K in 1979 in Boston because I was bruising way too much...took 2 weeks to be better.)
An aside: K2 helps you absorb Vit D3 better.

Basics are fine when we are living our daily lives .
But when you have "professional medics " telling you that you have something wrong with you and they give you medication that they say you have to take in order to save your life then in nearly kills you... That's a wee bit different to looking at the ingredients on a food packet .
We are lucky that John is still with us. I was there with him every step of the way and giving the forum updates .
He nearly died because of medical negligence and not poor diet

I don’t recall saying his diet was bad and I certainly wasn’t implying that it was.
I really really felt for the guy and what he was going thru and as I have no idea what is wrong with him, I assumed he was now getting the medical treatment that he needed.
I just Mentioned a diet, NOT to cure him, but thought he would like to have a go
At trying it, so he could stay healthy and problem free and maybe it would HELP to prevent any further disasters in the future like it did with my friend whose got cancer.
I thought he might write back to me telling me that his diet was extremely good or on the other hand, tell me it was a good idea and he would give it a go. Either way was ok by me.
