Another couple, whilst I'm thinking about it, from two of my favourite films:
Max Richter - 'On The Nature of Daylight' - from 'Arrival'.
Hans Zimmer - 'Time' - from 'Inception'.
Both of which threaten to break my heart every time I listen to them (maybe I'll find the courage to let them, one day).

One that just came to mind was the opening track from Pink Floyd's 'Division Bell' album, 'Cluster One'. I don't think the album is that widely known which is a shame, because this really is such a beautiful piece of music (and I think the album is criminally underrated, too).
