The way I understand emptiness is emptiness of all the material things/possessions we yearn for .When we realize the emptiness of material ephemeral things, we can/may concentrate on that choiceless formless shapless all-pervasive eternal power which empowers entire world . And realizing/feeling that unseen untouchable inaudible universal power we experience the fullness too.
Emptiness is converted to fullness the moment we realize universal Self within and without and MAY go hand in hand.
