"God" (Source or All That Is) is not something external to us but exists within us (us being the spirited humans within the general population of Earth)!
True Source does not get angry, is not jealous is not a covert narcissist and does not engage interact or mingle with humanity at all (unlike a certain being(s) that have done so in the past but i digress) amongst other things!
It (I'll just call Source It for now until i've established a gender here) just is!
