10 of Cups, 6 of Cups & King of Wands Combination

Hi everyone,

I did a 3 card spread, no positions for a friend asking if her & a guy she had been talking to would meet/go on a date. They were talking on the phone etc but she's said something and he's retreated saying he wants to leave it.*

10 of Cups: this to me is a yes & that they are both after a relationship (intentions)

6 of cups: This is another yes card to me but I often see this as more of a friendship like brother and sister

King of Wands: I immediately thought this was him & evidently he has red hair lol. I believe this to indicate yes.

All in all I think they will meet and both want a relationship (10 of C) get on well and have similar family values (6 of Cups) and that he will be keen to pursue her (King of Wands). He is currently overseas visiting family.*

I saw it as a positive reading. I think there was at first a genuine interest in pursuing something serious. They see in each other what it takes to go steady. I saw this six of cups perhaps as if he's going to take back this decision he made to leave it. There is a past quality that comes to this card in my opinion, going back to the childhood or in this case the first stages of his feelings for her. But it's just what I sensed from it. And eventually he'll take action on pursuing what he planned in the beginning with the 10 of cups.

Thank you for your feedback. I also got that feeling from the cards. I think he will get back, settle and perhaps contact her. I sensed he was the King of Wands so I think her pursuing him wouldn't work...I think he would need to do that. Time will tell :)
