Intuitive meanings vs tradition

I had some pretty intense spiritual experiences in my life, and during them I felt I had a connection to something greater which I felt was teaching me about psychology, mysticism and many divination techniques.

I could "intuitively understand" palmistry, astrology and oracle cards. Even eye colors, hair colors and such had meanings. Even the soccer team the person chose to support, or the songs they listen to, had spiritual, mystical meanings.

The problem is, now that I'm more "normal" and, for example, tried to learn astrology, some things are very different from what I was getting taught from intuition.

Some examples of differences:
- I think the recently discovered planets (Pluto, Neptune, Uranus) are unimportant for personal charts. They can't be seen with the naked eye and stay too long on the same sign.
- I think the whole order of the signs is wrong. Why start at the spring equinox with Aries? I feel it makes much more sense to start with Leo
- I feel some signs meanings are off and that you can find out a lot about them by looking at the symbols. For example, pisces is a seeker of emotional connections: ♓ it is two worlds and a connection between them.

I will probably not be brave enough to read someone's map to them without being based on the common understandings of astrology, but at the same time it just doesn't resonate with me. Should I forget divination for others entirely or be a super unorthodox reader (and be open about it)?

so just as some background even the most hallowed halls of human thought are replete with all sorts of wrong ideas.... even science is kinda 'off' if you ask me. Useful maybe, but still 'off'.

So how far you wanna go is up to you, but, if you ask me people who are authentic to themselves rather than to the status quo really help out in the world. Just with their willingness to be there as themselves.

If you've got the guts for facing whatever you think the fallout will be I would say just go with being unorthodox... the fact that you already know to be open about it is just gravy on the potatoes
