Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

It's not like I can get up go seek anything - to start with I'm a busy Mum with responsibilities to my child and I'm quite content in this graciousness but somehow this awakening feels like a call to action - I just have no idea what this action is!!! Maybe raise my child in graciousness???
Maybe after a year of living with this awakening and reading widely it is enough to know that there are other people who DO "get this" and can discuss it openly. I still just smile inside everytime I wake up and take a breath - that is graciousness.
I didn't ask for this, I have no idea what to do with it but just LIVE it and thankful I've found an outlet of like minded people to talk about it. Thank you

I haven't yet read your previous thread, but to add to the comments of others, simply enjoy what you have in each moment. Nothing more is required.

You say you feel a call to action but you don't know what that action is. So be open to whatever presents itself in your life. Trust that possibilities arise when the time is right.

After an awakening people often need time to become stabilised in their new state. An awakening is a shift in consciousness, which then has to be grounded in our daily lives. This takes time, so there is no rush to go out and change the world. Use this period to strengthen your identification with what you have, and allow things to unfold as they will.

An afterthought: you say "all the people in my association have no inkling or understanding of this HUGE shift in me and I can't explain/talk about it with them." There is no need to look for people to share this with. Be still and rest in what you are. Perhaps people will notice that you are somehow different, and they may approach you.

Peace

Great post!

I'm going to add something that relates to what I highlighted in your post and what I said in an earlier post about "how the ripples radiate outward".

I was viewing this video last night and an important point is made about the nature of selfless service in the Q&A session at the end of the talk. https://youtu.be/BiUmKVRgVc4?list=PL...Ib4O F&t=4872

Hi again Kate

Some further thoughts.

I see that you live in a rural Australian town, and I can appreciate that it may be difficult to find others there on a similar wavelength. On the one hand you are exactly where you are meant to be. On the other hand, it does not mean that you have to stay there forever. Your vibrations have changed so maybe you need to find somewhere more suited to the new you.

Is moving elsewhere an option? Or do practical issues prevent that - work, your child's schooling, perhaps a partner who cannot move elsewhere?

If you are able to move, then where do you go? A big city such as Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane would certainly have people with similar interests, but it may be hard to connect with them

A more obvious choice would be somewhere like Byron Bay or perhaps Mullumbimby outside Byron Bay. Plenty of like-minded people you could connect with, but there are obvious practical issues such as income and housing. You've probably been there, but if you haven't then pay a visit and see if it feels like home. And you may find that even though there are lots of people there pursuing all sorts of practices, you may still find it difficult to connect.

And if moving away from your rural Australian town is not feasible then just relax and enjoy the graciousness of wherever you are.

Just some thoughts.

Peace

Enjoy this blessing!
It will come to you if you're supposed to 'do' something.

Gosh, there's charity work, speaking, writing, healing, organizing collections for the homeless -
see what resonates with this new found joy!!
Is part of a awaking is knowing your true self? Or is it to follow others? Listening to like minded people, closes doors to your own growth, I am not saying it's not a bad place to start but once started on that path it grows into something personal. your toughest challenge is going to be finding and excepting your true self. But once you find your true self it becomes easy listening to everyone. Listen to the tree's, grass, water, that stray cat or dog. Listen to that homeless person, or that waitress working the late shift, or that billionaire even a ship of fools is worth listening too. Just listen to everything. Not only to people who are going to say what you want to hear. Angels come in every form.

I related to this so much. When I first went through my awakening I read no-stop and searched and searched. I had to search for a good 2 years to fully figure out and understand what had happened to me. Then I continued to intensely search and I think I was just looking for the truth of everything. I still search today, although not as much as I'm much busier with work now.

I feel the universe saw fit to allow me to go through the awakening at a time when I had the free time to do all that searching and experiencing. Now I just trust the opportunities as they come. I feel I'm on a much more aligned path and I don't know what the final outcome will be but I'm not too worried about it. The universe/God/higher self or whatever you want to call it, will put you through awakenings at the best time for you, especially if it just happens and you didn't go looking for it. Incidentally, mine just happened as well and I wasn't looking for it. I feel that's the most natural way.

As for other people, I don't much talk to anyone in my real life about this stuff. I suppose that's why I come here and find more like minded people online. I don't feel the need to have a large friend base anyway. I have kids too, but beyond them I'm pretty much a loner.

Try and read Guru Granth Sahib. It teaches the Truth, it doesnt preach religions etc. It taught spirituality back when hindus and muslims were killing each other. The first teacher taught that there is no hindu or muslim, hence no religion, only One. It teaches about the source, ie Truth which God himself disocvered himself to be and gave us the chance to learn the same.

The power you feel is Truth, its your true nature. In humility as Nothing, we open ourselves to the Source/ God to work through us. Be a good soul, take to deep meditation daily and ask for guidance and you should dsicver your higher purpose. Every has a higher calling, most ignore it and stay stuck in the illusion and darkness.
