Hello from Alberts
I am working with Chakras and the 7 singing bowls, colour and light and having much success in moving energy from my lower extremities to my head which provides a great advantage when energy is needed.

Thankyou. Many years ago my wife ( who since passed away and she was a medium) and I were visiting a local native ochre sight in British Columbia and we both felt at the same time the spirit of several of the people who had lived long ago .Do you feel these spirits on occasion? To obtain energy I was told some of the people would lean back against a tree and imagine white light going up their spine and would receive and feel energy from the tree which I experience . Try this but you may need to practice
