Mindset is everything, and I've found a very useful document to share this with my fellow OBE / AP explorers here in order to help.

It takes 30 munutes a day, and you can still have no interference with your normal human life & work.


You have Mindset, Daily Tracker & a Proven Strategy. It's up to you to do it everyday.

Also I HOPE that you go beyond this astral dimensions doing triviliaties, and shoot into the higher self level into the best dimensions and advanced souls of reality hang out.


The astral dimensions are always the same drama & problem, but with a different external form. It gets boring.

But on the higher dimensions beyond the astral, is without words to describe how amazing this places are, and the beings from there


Maybe if you don't go into ther higer dimensions on a mortal life, you will be "stuck" on an astral dimension in the so called afterlife.

So, go to the higher dimensions As soon as possible & Right away. Don't delay it.


How to go into the higher dimensions?

1 - You have an OBE and you will be in local 1 (a duplicate dimension of the mortal)

2 - Then you command "Next Level Now". You wait, and you will feel another sensation of separation. Now you are on the next higher dimension, Locale 2.

3 - In Locale 2 you have a way better body vehicle to travel into reality. In Locale 2 you command "Higher Self Now" or "Spiritual Essence Now", and you wait.


If your vision gets blurred away & you snap back to your physical body try again tomorrow.

It took me a couple of times to do it because I had to be trule ready at my being level
