Interesting article on chakra's

For a while now I've been on the fence when thinking about, working with or even disregarding the concepts of the chakra.
Mainly because when researching I couldn't find any reference to the "traditional" 7 chakra system older than say the mid 1500's I wrote about that in another thread.
Today I found this article from 2016. It describes 6 common beliefs about chakra that simply aren't as set in stone or ancient as many people in the west make them out to be.
