Progress?
Some days 'going up' and other days, 'going down'.
Was getting better till we had a chemical spill last Tuesday. Since then, it has been difficult at times to breath.
As I tell people, things didn't improve in 2020, nor in 2021 nor in 2022. This year will probably be a downer along with 2024. But in 2025, I predict things will improve like sun shine.

Never let your guard down or up, no need to be ready for a war unless you are planning an invasion.
Just live one day after another.
If today it is hard to breathe for you, take it easy.
If tomorrow you feel better, then catch up to what you wanted to do yesterday. You'll probably do it instinctively anyway!
If yesterday was hard, remember the lessons you learned, and the hard work, you deserve a rest.
You know what's best for you.
As a human being, you are capable of limitless adaptation.

As for me, it still hurts. Just barely can walk but, hopefully, I will be off of pain medicine. Haven't taken any for some time. So, I guess that is a good sign.
