A Slippery Road
I was walking down
A slippery road
The snow had turned to ice
Each step I took
Became more focused
I almost fell thrice
My destination
A long journey
I had to focus so hard
It took patience
Perseverance
Home was in my heart
One step after another
The road continued
So I lightened my load
My heart all inflamed
I could now see
That I was the road
