Did I project?

I use the WBTB method, today I had vibration and did separation and simply got out, I looked at my bed nothing was there, rushed to the mirror saw my physical self, I flew outside, and waked up, the experience last 10 second
and it was foggy my awareness was very low

Hope you don't mind my asking but what is the WBTB method?

The way I can tell is by how well I remember it, the memory of dreams fades pretty fast but you never forget a projection.. I clearly remember every single projection I've ever did, the first one being well over 10 years ago.

My first one was 9 years ago, at that time I was around 16 years old, I remember it as it happened few moments ago. It was incredible, simply incredible... I could hear my family talking in the other room and see my body and the whole room, even the sun rays passing through the window of my room...
