As the caress divine uplifts our soul,
we mingle with the vibrant bliss tingle,
alive here now, distanced from ego goals,
playful heart simple, watches heart jingle,
head and heart meld, as all becomes single.
In, not within, flow of life in motion,
we are still, in midst of all commotion,
as eye of the storm, beholds in silence,
nuances of in-pouring vibrations;
presence, committed to non-violence.

Our pristine doerless intent to connect
self with Self in the void of emptiness,
animates attention to so detect
subtle bliss currents, in vibrant stillness,
melding presence in the sea of oneness.
As we draw in the divine elixir,
our in-form nodes dance in joyful caper,
flowing blissfully without resistance;
soft and easy becomes our souls gesture,
reflecting innate, bubbling innocence.

as we become the observer
soul and spirit, one in prayer
our cognition becomes single
with all forms, our spirit mingles
seeing, as does the Creator

Moment to moment, all moments entwined
We observe mood shifts in tranquil silence
Thoughts rested, so nothing to be divined
Subtle urgings yet stifle innocence

Like and dislike, desire and aversion
Bubbles manifest, seeking redressal
Pristine presence, from void of cessation
Looks nonchalantly, eluding trouble

Vibrancy heightens, as our mood lightens
We be to become, the blissful essence
Our joy is unbound; light within brightens
We revel in our own luminescence

No doing is done, as we be thus still
We feel in delight, all voids within fill

Unending is blissful rapture
Vibrant aliveness at all times
Blossoming petals within mature
Enlivened by loves healing thyme

Within silence continuum
Unending is blissful rapture
We are, we be, to do become
Vapour born of soma nectar

Presence whispers fervent prayer
Ever present meditation
Unending is blissful rapture
Our flowing orientation

Fullness in mind-body vessel
Our pathless path is surrender

Burning yearning of seeker so seeking
For entwining with bliss throb delighting
We rise in stature, as love draws nearer
Joy currents canter, in carefree caper
Feeling the divine pulse enlivening

Free flowing attention, celebrating
Accepting life seasons fluctuating
Our mode wonder, in prayerful surrender
Burning yearning

Love our calling, we are free from fearing
Heart distilling impulses in-pouring
God our saviour, as we flow in rapture
As the answer, we need no translator
Viewing in wonderment, soul blossoming

The pendulum oscillates as ordained,
with our attention following likewise,
yet anchored in the void, pure and unstained,
nonchalantly observing fall and rise
of sensations, we neither weigh nor size.
This play of life continues to renew,
wherein presence wary of ego glue,
remains centred in quiet detachment,
irrespective of taste of offered brew,
dwelling in bliss; aura luminescent.

our consciousness
what we call aliveness
be it for whatever reason
resident here in body prison
bubble of organic form material
senses five and mind, both spherical
with each function having two polarities
rotating automatically in continuity
between manifestations external
and underlying reality internal
ever present in all vibrations
flow of life in continuation

each cognised life pulse
throbs in space as an impulse
screen of consciousness unchanging
upon which sensations keep interchanging
including our attention alert and sleepy
razor focus as well as trance dreamy
movement is life, stagnation death
breath easy cometh and goeth

there then thus nothing to be done
nestled in bliss in the light of the sun
flowing with ease, embrace and release
delusion being simply if we cling to a sneeze
moment to moment, unbroken continuum
devoid of attachments, ego residuum
divine aligned, with no inner conflict
blissful when we cease to resist

Mindful eye distils feral vibration
Heart granting consent, to the bliss current

Nestled thus in our native element
We imbibe love hues by resonation

Head-heart, with throb of love in alignment

Gods love immanent and bliss emanant

‘not this, not this’ exclaimed sage Ramana
self-inquiry of truth, in witness stance
unreal mind-body phenomena

contrary view holds childlike innocence
thereby not out there but here, now, within
bliss bubbles burst, soul shines in full brilliance

each path valid; heart must choose to begin
surrender the way, inviting His grace
ignition within and caress on skin

living simply, with no puzzles to lace
head and heart love aligned, cuts short the chase
