of my presence of being,

I 'felt' a bit of self love today. This is very rare for me. It is normally in the mind only. Feeling self love is the goal. Once I can do that I will be on safe ground.

Many organisms lack 'mind'* but can feel. Feelings don't come from the 'mind', though in a human the 'mind' works as its interpreter.

Every feeling/emotion/thought comes from the mind of a Human.
If you get up one morning with a foggy mind and the world round you also appears to be dark and foggy, or when the world seems beautiful and light, you should understand that basically, those impressions are coming from your own mind rather than from changes in the external environment. Therefore, instead of misinterpreting whatever you experience in life through judgmental wrong conceptions, you should realize that it’s not outer reality but only mind.

Once again, to feel does not require a ''mind''. The mental faculties help interpret a feeling, but they are not the origin of the feeling.
Also, I'm not in the mood to argue with a philosophy that denies the external world.

The horrible thing is that I feel I am being forced to love myself. I feel terrible pressure from the outside world to accept that I AM. It is not something that comes naturally to me. If I had a choice I would not bother with I AM at all. But it is forcing itself upon me.
