Kaizen

Hello! I haven't used the Kaizen method but I have used the Marie Kondo method for organizing my possessions and my life with great results. I believe the Marie Kondo method is an offshoot of the Kaizen method. I really like how this approach to changing small habits in ones life can lead to big, positive changes. I have found this to be very true. Give Kaizen a try-all positive steps forward count.

I've never heard about Kaizen until a few days ago, when a friend was describing it to me. He had alot of positive things to say about it,and says that after reading on it,that he utilizes the philosophy multiple times a day, every day,and that no other book has impacted his life so strongly before. The book he recommended was One small step can change your life(The Kaizen way), by Robert Maurer. Ive yet to read it,because I'm reading 2 other books right now,but intend to get to it after I finish them.
